Clients are granted a license to use these materials for their own business only. Resale or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

7. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to keep all shared business, client, and personal information confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

8. Limitation of LiabilityOccultPreneur will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, as results depend on multiple external factors.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.
